Urban areas may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to rapid runoff. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A band of moderate to heavy showers associated with a kona low northwest of the islands will continue the flooding potential over Kauai County through tonight. Conditions are expected to improve on Sunday. You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
