Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust will drop visibility to near zero in dust-prone locations, making travel difficult during the mid to late afternoon when winds will be strongest. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
